COD orders may require phone verification before dispatch.
Naturelly reserves the right to cancel COD orders with incomplete address or multiple failed delivery attempts.
6. Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment fails:
The amount (if deducted) will be refunded by your bank/payment provider within 3–7 business days.
You may retry placing the order once funds are credited back.
Naturelly is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

Cancel suspicious/fraudulent orders
