2. Payment Confirmation

  • Once you complete your payment, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS.

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment.

  • In case of failed transactions, orders will not be generated.


3. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST (unless stated otherwise).

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.

Naturelly does not store:

  • Net banking passwords

  • UPI PIN

5. Cash on Delivery (If Enabled)

  • COD may be available for select pin codes.

  • Please keep exact change ready during delivery.

  • COD orders may require phone verification before dispatch.

Naturelly reserves the right to cancel COD orders with incomplete address or multiple failed delivery attempts.


6. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment fails:

  • The amount (if deducted) will be refunded by your bank/payment provider within 3–7 business days.

  • You may retry placing the order once funds are credited back.

Naturelly is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.


7. Fraud & Verification

For security reasons, we may:

  • Verify your identity via call or email

  • Request additional information for high-value orders

  • Cancel suspicious/fraudulent orders

This is to protect both our customers and our platform.

You must provide accurate and complete billing details.
Naturelly is not responsible for incorrect billing or delivery information provided by the customer.
